Management Surveys: Standard Survey

The management survey is the standard survey used to locate as far as reasonably practicable, the presence and extent of suspect asbestos containing materials in the building which could be damaged or disturbed during normal occupation. The survey will usually involve sampling and analysis by a UKAS accredited laboratory, to confirm the presence or absence of asbestos containing materials.

Refurbishment/Demolition Surveys: Pre demolition or refurbishment Survey

The purpose of this survey is to locate an describe, as far as reasonably practicable, all asbestos containing materials in the building and may involve destructive inspection, as necessary, to gain access to all areas, including those that may be difficult to reach.
A full sampling program is undertaken to identify possible asbestos containing materials and estimates of the volume and surface area of asbestos containing materials.
All these survey types are undertaken by Express Environmental Solutions Ltd and all our Surveyors are trained to BOHS P402 standard, only use UKAS accredited laboratory and utilise The Surveyors Guide HSG264 surveying standard.
